My recent stay at Regal Stays Corporate Apartments - Downtown was a delight. The view from my room was breathtaking and the location was perfect. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a self-catering stay. The provided supplies like coffee, tea, and cleaning products were a nice touch. Additionally, the included parking made it convenient for me to explore the nearby attractions. I had a wonderful time during my stay.
Drawbacks: While the minor issues I encountered, such as a broken blind and a shortage of cutlery, didn't significantly impact my stay, it would have been better if the management had been more accessible. I tried contacting them multiple times but couldn't reach them on any of the provided numbers.

The location was perfect, with everything in downtown Dallas within walking distance. It was just a few blocks away from the art district and the Perot Museum. The view from the apartment was beautiful, overlooking the pool. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities like a washer and dryer, and even the option to sign into your own Netflix account.
There were blood stains on the bedding, the glasses and cups were dirty and stored as if they were clean, and the floor and shower were not properly cleaned.

You can easily explore the art district or visit the Perot Museum without needing a car. The room is spacious with beautiful natural lighting, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen and refrigerator are clean and well-maintained, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The television offers a wide variety of channels for entertainment. Additionally, the view from the apartment, especially at night when the reunion tower is lit, is breathtaking.
The deposit and cleaning fee can be a bit annoying, as they increase the final price of the stay from the initial advertised price.
